Blog Updates for January:
1-4-2011
Konner had a visit from the nurse today at home. All looks good and Konner's count are high so will remain at home, as long as everything remains the same, until January 7th. Konner will return to Fletcher on the 7th when his next chemo treatment is scheduled to begin.

Konner will head back to Fletcher today to begin his chemo. He has had a good week at home. Konner was able to get out and even go see his some of his friends at school while he was home.

After several days of chemo treatment Konner returned home today. He is in high spirits and did much better this time around during his treatments.

Konner is still at home and full of energy. The nurse tested his counts yesterday and they are good. The doctors suspect he may get a fever once his counts start going down over the weekend.

Konner went to Fletcher Allen today for Platelets and a possible blood transfusion. They have decided to keep him overnight to watch for a fever due to his low counts.

Konner was able to come home today, however, came down with a fever once he got home. He is headed back to the hospital with a fever of 101.6.

Konner came home today and is feeling better. His counts are up!

Konner is still at home. He will have his counts checked today by the nurse. He is scheduled for his next chemo treatment this Friday.

Konner's counts were too low to start chemo tomorrow. The plan now is to go on Monday.

The nurse came today and Konner's counts will be checked to determine if he can start chemo treatment on Monday. Konner remains in high spirits and full of energy!

Konner's counts still remain low so he will not begin his chemo treatments today. His counts will be tested on Thursday and if all are good Konner will begin his chemo treatment on Friday, February 4th.
